The system is suitable for both large and small server rooms, as well as for individual cabinets. The FoxSec Data Center Access System is fully compatible with FoxSec Web security and access management software. The solution allows you to control the data center cabinet access system in many different geographic locations.
The described system can be used for 19″ cabinets from different manufacturers.
The FoxSec data center access system consists of the FS9020 main unit and the door modules FS1001. Each unit is housed in a 19″ to 2U enclosure, which is suitable for installation in a 19″ cabinet. The single FS9020 The main panel unit allows you to manage up to 15 double-door cabinets. The system is expandable by adding an additional FS9020 main panel unit.
The main unit is connected to the FoxSec Web management software via a computer network. The FoxSec Web management software can be managed by logging in from any computer with Internet access through the system’s web browser.
The door modules are connected to the main unit with a reliable RS485 data communication line, up to 1 km long. All devices with Wiegand output are suitable for card readers. It is possible to use a PIN + card, only the card and only PIN readers. There are no direct restrictions on the use of electric locks, it only depends on the specific configuration and capabilities of the cabinet. Optionally, the main unit and door modules have inputs for the status and unlock button.
