Hardmeier OÜ has manufactured Production of integrated access control and intruder alarm systems started in the year 1994 but the brand FoxSec was established in the year 2006. All of our hardware and software is produced in Estonia following the highest quality assurance standards. When buying FoxSec products, you obtain excellent value for money, a high degree of flexibility in terms of integrated solutions, and a comprehensive after-sales service, along with technical support. Our development department pays a great deal of attention to the wishes of our clients, and carefully examines any customer feedback. Illimar – the Technical Heart of FoxSec and Tireless Creator of Solutions

If FoxSec had a heartbeat, it would beat in sync with Illimar’s.
His name might not be familiar to every client, but in FoxSec’s daily operations, there is hardly a corner where his contribution isn’t felt.

Illimar is more than an engineer – no title quite captures what he does. He is technical support, system architect, integrator of software and hardware, trainer, advisor, and problem solver. His work doesn’t start at nine or end at five – he shows up wherever he’s needed, often even on weekends. Every day brings dozens of calls, messages, questions, and situations that need a solution. And Illimar finds them.

“I like being able to do my thing,” says Illimar. “Even if things aren’t exactly how I’d like them to be, it gives me the freedom and opportunity to actually get something done.”

FoxSec’s roots go back to Illimar’s earlier experience – a personal development project that grew into something much larger. The beginning was tough: few clients, scarce resources, and many sleepless nights. But something was done right – and FoxSec’s technical platform still carries that DNA. It was necessary to achieve a lot with very little – and that forged the strength that allows FoxSec to compete with the best in the world today.

Illimar has a background in electronics and a vast amount of hands-on experience. What matters to him is that the work is honest, carefully considered, and done with heart. “Good enough” has never been his standard – he builds solutions that last, perform under pressure, and are worth presenting with pride. He doesn’t seek the spotlight, but he is trusted – because people know they can rely on him.

Colleagues know him as someone who always thinks one step ahead. He notices details and connects the bigger picture with practical insight. For him, technology is not a goal in itself – it must make life easier, systems more reliable, and collaboration smoother.

Today, Illimar is already thinking about the next step: how to pass on his knowledge so that FoxSec can continue to grow even when his role becomes smaller in the future. That wish doesn’t come from comfort, but from care – from a desire to leave something that lasts.

“I want FoxSec to continue just as reliably even when I’m no longer actively involved. I want to leave behind something my children can be proud of. And I want to do it honestly – I always start with myself. If something isn’t working, I first ask what I can do better.”

Siim – the steady driver on FoxSec`s growth and a finder of honest solutions

If there were a title at FoxSec called “the calm force,” Siim would undoubtedly hold it. He’s our sales expert – but not your typical one. Siim doesn’t push sales; he builds relationships. His daily work goes far beyond chasing results: he coordinates technicians, maintains existing client relationships, finds new ones, and contributes every day to making FoxSec systems more efficient and user-friendly for our customers.

Siim knows how to listen, understand, and offer solutions that truly work. He’s the one helping our clients see how FoxSec’s security and access control systems can integrate seamlessly with their HR systems, making information flow much more efficient. Simply put: he helps turn technology into real value.

Before joining FoxSec, Siim spent over a decade in the waste management sector, starting as a mechanic and eventually leading operations and administrative problem-solving. As he puts it, he “ended up in sales when the opportunity came up and seemed interesting” – and from day one, he’s handled it naturally.

 

His strongest qualities are his results-driven mindset and honest communication. “I don’t do hard selling – I prefer to speak plainly,” he says. This honesty builds trust with clients and creates confidence within the team. And speaking of teamwork – collaboration is essential for him. His working style is open, relaxed, and supportive, just like the culture at FoxSec.

Siim lights up when talking about closing larger projects – those are the moments when his efforts and determination turn into clear, tangible results.

Raido Oolma – a Valuable Addition to the FoxSec Team

A new member has joined the FoxSec team – sales partner Raido Oolma. Raido is straightforward, honest, and growth-oriented, a young professional who believes that success starts with proving yourself first. He describes himself simply: “I’m an ordinary Estonian man who wants to grow and become a better person every single day.”

Journey and Experience
Raido’s career so far has been diverse. He has worked as a purchasing and sales assistant at OG Elektra and gained valuable international marketing experience through an internship at JELD-WEN. In addition, he has been the co-founder of the NGO Zealot Sporting and has done various temporary jobs in earlier years. “My first proper job as a youngster was collecting stones. During the Covid period, I even worked in the fields with friends,” Raido recalls.

 

Although he chose professional sales as his focus at EBS, sales was not his clear goal at first. “It came partly naturally – I just felt it suited me,” he says.

Why FoxSec?
Raido arrived at FoxSec rather by chance, but already at the job interview, everything felt right. “The communication was very smooth, and my gut told me this is the right place for me.” Now, with a few weeks of experience, he confirms that the feeling was correct: “FoxSec is flexible and innovative – ideas are implemented quickly, and everyone’s opinion counts, even that of a completely new employee.”

In his first weeks, Raido has already familiarized himself with the company’s systems, compiled a handbook about them, and taken his first steps in client relations. “The most memorable moment was during a meeting with clients, when I listened and realized how much I still have to learn,” he admits.

A Strong Team and Reliable Products
According to Raido, the greatest strength of FoxSec is the team. “I was surprised at how supportive and helpful everyone is. Questions are never considered stupid, and help is always available.” He speaks with equal certainty about FoxSec products: “If there’s one thing you can rely on, it’s our systems. They are reliable and high quality. On a global scale, we are among the strongest in our field.”

Looking Ahead
What drives Raido is knowing that his work directly contributes to the company’s growth and development. “If I do well, the company does well too,” he says. He is interested in working with all clients, regardless of their size, and sees great potential in international sales. One of his ideas is to develop an app-based booking system for gym lockers – an example of how he envisions improving the customer experience with practical solutions.

His work principles are simple: honesty and responsibility towards both clients and colleagues. “The most important thing is to listen to the client and understand their needs,” Raido says. In his view, the best fit for the FoxSec team is an open and positive person who is ready to share their ideas and also listen to others.
